Racing heart? Brain fog?
Difficulty making decisions?

Anxiety can be exhausting and isolating. Sometimes showing up as excessive worry and racing thoughts, other times physical tension, restlessness and panic attacks. Other times, we notice anxiety as difficulty with our ability to get up and do the things we need to do in a given day without a tremendous amount of dread.

I draw on strategies from a range of therapeutic models such as Person-Centred Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy and Dialetical Behaviour Therapy to gently explore how you are uniquely impacted anxiety.
I will work collaboratively with you to build awareness of patterns in thinking, feeling, and behaviour that may be maintaining the anxiety or low mood. Together, we will explore different options to restore balance, reconnect with a sense of self-worth, and develop more compassionate ways of relating to yourself and the world.

Depending on your need, I may integrate approaches that focus on emotion regulation, grounding techniques, thought exploration, and building inner resilience. The aim is not to "fix" symptoms but to build tolerance to them so that you have greater clarity, self-understanding and hope.
